A facilitated Authentik training session

In-person training for the conversations people avoid.

High-trust, high-engagement training that helps your people handle tough situations. Practical in the room, and still working a month later.

What We Run

Two programmes come up most often, but we have an extensive catalog of offerings including AI for Leaders, Administrative Investigation Training, and many more!

  • Restorative Conflict Management

The in-person version of the course leaders ask for most. A structured, restorative-first way to respond early, clearly and credibly, without an immediate turn to a formal process. In the room, people practise the conversation instead of reading about it.

  • Managing Manipulators

Spot common manipulation patterns early and respond with calm, professional structure, so performance conversations stay clean, boundaries hold, and teams stay aligned. Delivered live, with your own hard cases as the material.

Every session is scoped to the room it is delivered in: your people, your risks, and the conversations they are actually having. If what you need is not listed here, ask. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you at someone who is.

How it Works

Four steps, and the first one is a conversation rather than a booking form.

  1. A scoping call

Who is in the room, what has already been tried, and what needs to be different afterwards. Usually twenty minutes.

  2. Built for your context

Scenarios drawn from your environment and your real risks. Nothing off a shelf, and no generic case study.

  3. Delivered in person

A facilitated session built around practice rather than slides. People leave having done the thing, not having watched someone describe it.

  4. Something to keep

Frameworks, language and next steps your team can use the following week. We check in afterwards to find out whether it held.

Who it's For

  • Leaders and Supervisors

The people who have to start the difficult conversation, and who carry the cost when it gets postponed.

  • People, HR and Risk Teams

Teams who see the same conflict arrive repeatedly and want it handled well before it becomes a file.

  • Frontline and Public-Facing Staff

Staff who meet pressure, manipulation and hostility as part of the job, and need a way to hold the line professionally.

What Attendees Say

“Being an instructor, I am highly critical of presenters and presentations. Today’s session was FLAWLESS!! The speaker, the content, the flow, the sequence - excellent. Do not change anything”
