Purchases made directly from Authentik

If you purchase the Conflict Management for Leaders course directly through Authentik (authentikconsulting.ca), you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email contact@authentikconsulting.ca with your order number and "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

This guarantee applies to direct Authentik purchases only. Courses purchased through Athabasca University's PowerED platform are subject to PowerED's refund policy, which differs.

After the 30-day window, no refunds will be issued.

 

Purchases made on third-party sites

 

If you purchased Authentik content through a third-party website or platform, your refund is governed by that platform’s refund policy and process. We are not responsible for issuing refunds for Authentik content purchased on third-party sites.

 

 

How to request a refund

• purchaser name

• email used at checkout

• course name

• date of purchase

 

We’ll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
