Purchases made directly from Authentik
If you purchase a service or course directly from Authentik, the following applies:
Before the course/service starts:

You may request a refund of 90% of the purchase price, less expenses.

We reserve the right to keep 10% as an administrative fee, plus expenses.
After the course or service starts:

We reserve the right to decline refunds.
“Course starts” means the date you receive course access or the official start date listed on the course page (whichever comes first).
Purchases made on third-party sites
If you purchased Authentik content through a third-party website or platform, your refund is governed by that platform’s refund policy and process. We are not responsible for issuing refunds for Authentik content purchased on third-party sites.

We’ll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
