Giving Back: Our Commitment to the UAP Community

Why a Leadership Consulting Firm Cares About Disclosure

At Authentik Consulting, we help leaders navigate disruptive change. Whether that disruption is a shift in global markets, the integration of AI, or a fundamental change in our understanding of reality, the requirements of leadership remain the same: values-based decision-making, transparent communication, and trust-building.

We believe that Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) disclosure represents the "ultimate stress test" for human institutions. By supporting ethical organizations in this space, we aren't just contributing to a global conversation—we are refining the tools of resiliency, accountability, and governance that we bring to every client we serve.

Why UAP Disclosure Matters to Us

Many firms plant a tree for every sale. At Authentik, we invest in the ethical infrastructure of the future. A portion of our time, energy, and revenue is dedicated to supporting organizations that are preparing humanity for a post-disclosure world. We treat this as our core Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative because we believe the integrity of our future depends on the ethics we establish today.

Two Behavioural Patterns in the UAP Ecosystem

In our work, we see two recurring patterns of behaviour emerging across the UAP landscape. These patterns—not the people themselves—guide how we evaluate partnerships. These behavioural patterns shape our engagement policy.

1. Behaviours that advance all of us

These are practices demonstrated by individuals, researchers, and organizations committed to ethical, evidence-driven inquiry into understanding this topic and supporting others in figuring it out too, recognizing that this is bigger than any one person or organization. Typically, these behaviours are:

  • Protect witnesses, experiencers, and whistleblowers.

  • Operate without pursuing disproportionate financial gain; profit is of course acceptable, but financial domination over others is not the goal nor is profit at the expense of other's wellbeing (grifting and grifting-adjacent behaviours).

  • Build collaborative and mission-focused teams.

  • Share data responsibly and welcome independent verification.

  • Correct mistakes openly and transparently.

2. Behaviours that harm others

These practices impede progress and often place people at risk. They can include:

  • Exploiting, sensationalizing, or disparaging experiencers and whistleblowers for attention or controversy ("click bait").

  • Concealing funding sources or being unclear about financial incentives.

  • Assembling personality-driven organizations that lack accountability or unethically pressure members (financially or otherwise).

  • Spreading misinformation or unverified claims, or amplifying those who do without adequate context.

Our UAP Engagement Policy

  • For the first group: We serve them generously. We offer our full support, favorable terms, and provide subsidized services and products (like strategic planning, software, or training) at low or no cost, as we are able.

  • For the second group: Our policy is engagement, not enablement. We will not enable exploitation or manipulation. However, we believe in transformation. The door is always open for anyone, regardless of their past, to engage with us on a project of true reform. If an individual or group is genuinely willing to adopt a humanity-first ethos grounded in ethical treatment of others, we will be the first to help them.

How We Invest: Moving the Needle

We don't just "plant a tree" with your purchase—we help prepare humanity for the future.

  • Financial Commitment: To date, Authentik has invested approximately $15,000 in pro-bono strategic support, software, and governance training for ethical UAP organizations.

  • Operational Resiliency: We deploy our WorkFlow platform to help UAP research groups build robust manuals and business continuity plans, ensuring their vital data and missions are protected from individual burnout or organizational fragility.

  • Strategic Intelligence: We provide "Show Your Work" briefing notes that distinguish between confirmed data and speculation, setting a standard for corporate-grade intelligence in a speculative field.

What This Means for Our Clients

For UAP Organizations: You get access to professional-grade consulting, software, and governance training from a team that respects your lived experience and understands the professional risks you face.
