Giving Back: Our Commitment to the UAP Community
Our Purpose
Authentik Consulting exists to help leaders and communities navigate disruptive change with clarity, integrity, and confidence. We believe that trust is built through honesty, transparency, and ethical practice, and we bring those principles into every partnership.
Our work spans business process optimization through our WorkFlow platform, strategic advising, program reviews, and custom training solutions. We partner with small businesses, community organizations, higher education institutions, and mission-driven leaders who want to operate with purpose and impact.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we dedicate a portion of our time, energy, and expertise to supporting ethical UAP organizations preparing humanity for disclosure. Some organizations plant a tree with every sale - we help prepare humanity for disclosure.
Why UAP Disclosure Matters to Us
The UAP topic is profoundly disruptive. It challenges existing systems, raises difficult questions, and requires an exceptionally high standard of ethics. To ensure our work remains principled, we published and have adopted our Trust Framework for UAP Organizations, and we rely on our core values to determine who we partner with and under what conditions. Those who wish to review or adopt this framework can find it in our Substack article.
Two Behavioural Patterns in the UAP Ecosystem
In our work, we see two recurring patterns of behaviour emerging across the UAP landscape. These patterns—not the people themselves—guide how we evaluate partnerships.
1. Behaviours that advance humanity
These are practices demonstrated by individuals, researchers, and organizations committed to ethical, evidence-driven inquiry. They typically:
-
Protect witnesses, experiencers, and whistleblowers.
-
Operate without pursuing disproportionate financial gain; profit is acceptable, but domination is not the goal.
-
Build collaborative and mission-focused teams.
-
Share data responsibly and welcome independent verification.
-
Correct mistakes openly and transparently.
2. Behaviours that harm others
These practices impede progress and often place people at risk. They can include:
-
Exploiting, sensationalizing, or disparaging experiencers and whistleblowers for attention or controversy.
-
Concealing funding sources or being unclear about financial incentives.
-
Assembling personality-driven organizations that lack accountability or financially pressure members.
-
Spreading misinformation or unverified claims, or amplifying those who do.
These behavioural patterns shape our engagement policy.
Our UAP Engagement Policy
-
For the first group: We serve them generously. We offer our full support, favorable terms, and provide subsidized services and products (like strategic planning, software, or training) at low or no cost, as we are able.
-
For the second group: Our policy is engagement, not enablement. We will not enable exploitation or manipulation. However, we believe in transformation. The door is always open for anyone, regardless of their past, to engage with us on a project of true reform. If an individual or group is genuinely willing to adopt a humanity-first ethos grounded in ethical treatment of others, we will be the first to help them.
Our Commitment to Transparency

-
We do not aim to profit from UAP organizations. To date, we have invested approximately $15,000 into UAP-related efforts, including strategic planning, training development, governance support, and bespoke software solutions. We have not billed for this work, and we have absorbed 100% of the associated costs. We intend to continue offering pro-bono support as capacity allows.
Clear Communication

-
Whenever we discuss UAP (whether in blogs, Substack posts, or briefing notes) we clearly cite our sources, identify what is confirmed, what is speculative, and how we reached each conclusion. We intend to "Show our Work" so that you clearly understand the conclusions we've reached and why we hold the position we do.

Respect for Witnesses, Experiencers, and Researchers

-
We maintain the strictest confidentiality with all clients and partners. Many individuals working in the UAP space face personal, reputational, or professional risk. For us, people are more important than the phenomena, and people will always come first.
-
Experiencers, academics, researchers, and whistleblowers can expect to be treated with respect, dignity, seriousness, and care. Every Authentik associate has been selected for their existing knowledge in this space, or receives training to engage with experiencers in a way that honours their dignity and lived reality.
Our Governance

-
Authentik Consulting operates as a Canadian corporation with two shareholders who are aligned in mission, values, and commitments. Our governance structure ensures that decisions remain accountable, ethical, and firmly rooted in our core principles.
If you lead or contribute to a UAP-related organization and want professional support grounded in ethics, transparency, and service, we welcome your outreach to see how we can help.
If you are outside the UAP community but believe this work is important, choosing Authentik means your investment goes further: you receive high-quality consulting and training services, and your support contributes to a better future for humanity.
